Glowwise, considered
Designed for more ways to explore.
Our accessibility approach and a direct route for reporting barriers.
Our target
Glowwise aims for WCAG 2.2 Level AA through semantic structure, readable contrast, visible focus, keyboard controls, understandable labels and responsive content. This is a design and implementation target, not a certification or a claim of an independent audit.
Using the website
- A Skip to content link appears on keyboard focus.
- Navigation, filters, forms and dialogs use labeled native controls. Product actions work by touch or keyboard without hover.
- Content and tools share the same information on narrow and wide screens. A comparison table can scroll horizontally when needed.
- Reduced-motion settings remove decorative animation. The homepage also includes a pause control for continuous motion.
- Reading, product details, category navigation and the filter form do not rely on animation. Browser-local saved/comparison tools require JavaScript and provide clear explanations when storage is blocked.
- Form validation and request states explain success or failure without claiming an email was sent.
Known boundaries
Third-party retailer websites have their own accessibility behaviour. Very long comparison values may require horizontal scrolling. Browser and assistive-technology combinations differ; our implementation checks do not replace independent testing with every combination.
Report a barrier
Use Contact with “Accessibility” in the subject. Include the page, the task you tried and, if comfortable, your browser or assistive technology. Please avoid sensitive personal information. The form saves a private message; a response deadline is not promised.
