What this form does
Your message is saved in a private inbox accessible to the site’s WordPress administrators. A successful submission returns a reference you can keep. It does not send an email confirmation, and a reply is not guaranteed. No newsletter or marketing subscription is created.
Keep the details useful
Include the relevant Glowwise page and a clear question. Do not submit passwords, payment information or sensitive health details. For a factual error, use the corrections form and include a supporting source.
Access or deletion requests
Choose a subject such as “Privacy: deletion request”, include your previous message reference and use the same reply email. Administrators must assess a matching reference and sender before releasing or deleting message data; additional confirmation may be necessary. No identity document upload is requested through this form.
Live inbox messages are removed after 90 days by the retention task while the service runs. Private recovery copies can outlast that live period until backup retention is reviewed. A deletion request includes a manual review of those copies; we do not claim that deleting the live record instantly erases every backup. Read the privacy policy before sending.
